"The staff were greats and room were spacious. The only bad experience I had was I requested for room service twice, they acknowledged and no one came to do anything. Not a big deal!! Overall, solid stay about 7 min drive to lake louise."

"We had an excellent stay at the Lake Louise Inn. On arrival we ended up upgrading our room for more space, and it was worth the cost. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my kids loved going to the pool every night. We loved the proximity to many popular lakes and trails. "

"We spent 2 nights in #29, the lower unit. It has an excellent view of the Creek and the sound of its rushing water. Cozy bedroom! I love all the wood and red plaid curtains in the place. Lots of great lights that warm the place up with their golden glows.At night, there were fires along the river in the fire pits and all the lights from the cabins, warm against the beautiful night."
