The home boasts a large open-concept living area with a media center, bar, dining for eight and wall-to-wall glass sliders to enjoy one of the best ocean views at Mauna Kea Resort. The living room features comfortable furnishings, a plush area rug (with lots of space to spread out) and an eclectic collection of local art, Asian antique,s and Hawaiian heirloom furnishings. Guests will naturally gravitate to the outdoor living spaces with a lanai that is perfectly suited for family fun in the sun. The unique kitchen has windows that open to a pool-side bar, making feeding the kids and entertaining outdoors a breeze. Guests of Mauna Kea Fairways South 3 may purchase daily resort access to enjoy all facilities and amenities at both the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Resorts. Access must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay and covers all registered guests in the unit. Please note: This privilege is offered directly by Mauna Kea Resort, and South Kohala Management is not responsible for any changes to resort services or amenities. Rates are as follows:
2025: $195 per day
2026: $225 per day (Base Rate) | $330 per day (Peak Rate). Peak rates apply from March 21-April 11, November 21-27, and December 19-January 2, 2027.
2027: Rates have not yet been determined and are subject to change.
