The kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were both incredible — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and a true highlight of our trip. We enjoyed both the private onsen and the public baths, which were immaculate and soothing with the surrounding nature views. "We rented a traditional Japanese room which also included two single western beds and a small onsen on the porch. Felt like we were hidden in the trees with the best options for sleeping. The design of the room was efficient and thoughtful. Two meals per day are included and the buffet selection includes many Japanese food items which were well prepared. Western dishes are available as well. Japanese gowns are provided for wearing around the hotel along with many slipper options. Overall this resort offers a unique experience for foreign travelers. I highly recommend staying here. "
