Not the best stay but doable

Our sty was good aside from a couple things I feel are important. Customer service is huge when it comes to my family wanting to return to a business. The front desk man garrett was great and very helpful and attending. However the slide operator/pool area worker was terrible and I hate to say that. I can’t tell you how many time she scolded me and other families about no cake or balloons in rhe pool area. Even presents! Yet you can have regular food? She was at the top of the slide with little kids waiting to go down….she THOUGHT one family snuck in cake yet it was pizza. She was so concerned about cake vs safety of the kids and left them at the top of the slide including my five year old. They all went down the slide because they got tired of waiting on her. Her attitude was terrible she needs a vacay or retirement or different job away from the kids. Second- the slime in the pool was bad- witnessed two adults slip and fall and one was my sister. Scraped her whole behind area. Three- the wall separating the kiddie pool and deeper end should honestly be removed. It’s an obstruction for parents trying to view their kids who may be younger and older. Four- crowd control. There were so many people it was hard to see your child. I would’ve been in there with mine of course but have two ear infections unexpectedly. Next time I think it’s probably a good idea to have max capacity for co Fort with the amount you pay for a room and/or bracelets

Indoor waterpark/pool area was clean & easily accessible, ample seating & pool towels provided. Pool itself doesn’t open until 9a but the water slide is closed until 4p most days which we didn’t know so my son was a little sad about that because timing didn’t work out. No issues with the room itself, it was clean. Tub faucet was weird to figure out at first but water was a good temp and pressure was good once it was on. Ice machine was out of order. Overall wasn’t terrible for the price.

The Waterpark was a bust. It needs a serious cleaning. Pool was pretty cloudy and seen lots of stuff floating. The hotel staff were nice and courteous to guests. Rooms were ok; typical hotel. If the pool condition wa she real reason for the low star rating

I’m upset because they closed the pool down early and my child was close to hight and the still refused to let him ride the big slide! Plus they had no cable!! That’s the only reason why I booked at this hotel! Plus I spent $180 on the room!

improve breakfast of don't offer it

They are doing some updates to the lobby, hotel was as clean as it could be for having 8-12 inches of snow dumped on the area. Bed was a bit soft, tv was a bit clunky to operate, breakfast was not good. You would be better off spending $8 at Mcdonalds.
