Overall, my stay was great. I will say they need to replace the mattress in the room I stayed in and the bathroom could’ve been a smidge cleaner. Very nice staff. Great breakfast.

The water park was COLD AND THE WATER WAS FREEZING COLD….. The hot tube felt like a heated pool…. The manager of the hotel didn’t even know that the heater wasn’t on so needless to say our kids did not enjoy themselves was only in the waterpark area for maybe 15 minutes and we left …. Went back to my room and booked a room at a different hotel. That guarantee that the pool was heated in it most definitely was the children had a blast there Margaritaville KCK…….. The top it off, woke up the next morning with a cockroach hanging on the ceiling
Woke up to this on the ceiling of my room…. It is a cockroach Water pool was icy cold water manager didn’t even know that the heater wasn’t on the pool area was also cold with the air conditioner running totally disappointed booked a different room!

The room was very clean, the sheets were super soft and mattress was comfy! The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good! Great experience overall!

Staff courteous, room was good. Waterpark had hot tub and slide both closed, and waterpark restrooms definitely need a facelift. Water in kids pool was exceptionally cold. We basically chose this due to the waterpark, and though it has possibilities, we were a bit disappointed.

I left my bottle warmer there and can’t get anyone to pick up the phone. The pool made the kids cough and get sick from the chlorine and there were stains on the ceiling and wood splitting on the furniture.

Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, very limited seating, super nice staff all around. Kids loved the pool but the hot tub was out of order the entire time and that was a big part of why we chose this hotel. Rooms need updated (trash under night stands, lights that didn’t work, broken alarm clock). Overall kids liked it, staff was great, decent beds, and affordable.

I booked this room for the pool. It was freezing in the pool area. Half of it was roped off with caution tape. We left after five minutes when my daughter saw two cockroach in the pool. Hotel just felt dirty. There were holes in the wall of the halway and more stains than after a Diddy party. We would have left but since we went through Expedia, it was non refundable so we gutted it out for the night. Definitely won’t stay there again.

The first room we were in was filthy. There was dried bloody snot on the comforter, the TV didn’t work, there was trash and dust bunnies under the edge of the bed and in the drawers. The phone cord would not stay connected to the phone without holding it in. The pool was filthy with hair and even a bandaid. The hot tub had so much chlorine it made our skin burn. They moved us to another room which was slightly cleaner, but we found a previous guests’ dirty socks under the bed. Overall, the staff was friendly, but the hotel was run down and dirty. We will not be returning.

Staff was excellent. They were courteous and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was great. I didn’t give a 5-star because the carpet had ?red? stains, there was a crack in the sink bowl and no access to Netflix/Prime without using my phone’s hotspot. The toilet would spontaneously run throughout our stay, there were no towels in the swimming area but the water temperature in the pool was perfect and my kiddos enjoyed the slides.
