The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

- Why Choose the Beach Villas? -
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower faces the pool and ocean, offering stunning views. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with a maximum occupancy of 8 (children under 2 are excluded).
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, en-suite 5-piece bath with a deep tub, double sink, and walk-in shower
- Second Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request)

Additional amenities include:
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was a clean, comfortable place to use as our home base as we explored various places on Oahu. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping and other resorts. We enjoyed the ocean view as well as the amenities offered at Beach Villa. We would happily stay here again.

The Beach Villas is a very nice place to stay. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Our check in process was disappointing. We were told we could check in at 2:30. We arrived at 2:40 and did not get into the room until almost 3:15. The front desk could not get a hold of the person that needed to escort us to our room. Finally they had the cleaning staff let us in. The person that was to escort us texted me at 3:20 saying she was sorry but she was in the middle of something. I asked if we could get an orientation of the property and the villa and she said if I wanted that I could arrange it. ?? she should have just taken care of it. Some of the towels in one of the bathroom had someone else's hair on them. I had problems with getting the oven to work correctly and the large burner I used had to be on high to cook anything. The beds in 2 of the rooms are very uncomfortable. I stayed in the master bed and it was pretty comfortable; however, the pillows did not smell fresh and clean. Upon checking out, we found someone else's underwear and sock behind the dresser.

The property was perfect and great. Outside the unit perfect. But unit very expensive for all the problems. The problem was with the unit itself. Coffee machine not working. Washer and dryer not working. Not enough towels for beach nor bath towels. Inside maintenance needed and cleaning could have be better. I wanted a refund for the washer and dryer not working. Never heard back

PERFECT SPRING GETAWAY

ESCAPING FROM THE SNOW OF MINNESOTA, KO OLINA, OAHU WAS PERFECT. THIS PROPERTY WAS PERFECT FOR 6 ADULTS AND A 3 1/2 YEAR OLD. LOVED BOTH POOLS AND THE LAGOON BEACH. THE CONDO MET ALL OF OUR NEEDS AND THE ON-SITE STAFF WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE. THE ONLY, SMALL COMPLAINT, WAS THE OVEN AND STOVE TOP TOOK FOREVER TO HEAT UP TO COOK. MINOR COM PLAINT AND WE ADJUSTED. Fantastic stay

What an amazing and beautiful place to stay! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo villa for six days in September 2022. The place itself is heaven, tastefully decorated and very spacious. It is clean and well equipped. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. The location of the condo villa is perfect and so close to all amenities, restaurants and shops. We had such a wonderful trip and stay in Kapolei that I have been meaning provide some feedback. Overall, the condo villa was gorgeous - true to its description. Our holiday was made more special and memorable because my family and I had a lovely stay here. We will definitely return!

We have stayed at Koolina before but this is our first time at the Beach Villas. We loved it as the lagoon closest to it is the quietest among the 4. The condo is amazing and has enough room for 7 of us. We will gladly stay here again

Perfect for a family stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The beach which is just steps away is phenomenal. It’s not crowded at all and the lagoon keeps out the choppy waves. We love that one of the pools was quite warm so that our kids always wanted to swim there. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Our kids had lots of space to play and take bubble baths. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were so accommodating in providing us with a pak n play, stroller and high chair for our baby. Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful Place

This condo was exceptional and the complex was better than a resort. We had 8 in our party and we had a lot of space. Great accommodations and wow amazing views of a beautiful and quiet pool and the ocean. The lanai was perfect to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner or a drink. We went to several beaches on the island and felt that the lagoon here was the best beach for kids and snorkeling was good too. Visited the shops and restaurants nearby, loved walking the pathway along the ocean and other resorts and recommend the turtles at paradise cove. This place succeed our expectations. Will book again.

Great Rental!

Checking into the property was super easy. It was in a perfect spot to view both the ocean and the garden area. The room itself was beautiful and really worked with my family. We had 6 people in total and it was spacious for everybody to stay there comfortably. We knew all of our information before getting there which made us feel confident in what we were supposed to do and go.

Nearly perfect

Let me say that our family travels frequently so we can be hard to impress. This condo and location were excellent especially when compared to how busy other locations and properties were. It was quiet and relaxing. This condo is located on the quiet pool. I thought that was a joke at first since all pools are noisy. Nope, not a joke. There is a quiet pool and a loud pool for loud kids and the property enforces the rules. We also loved the grills that were available on site. More than once we got fresh fish at Costco and grilled it for dinner. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Plenty of snorkel equipment, a rolling cooler, 2 boogie boards, two beach umbrellas, a small beach bag and 5 beach chairs. Love, love love the ability to use those. Management was very responsive when we requested additional blankets and toiletries. I do have one area of improvement. The condo needs wifi extenders for the bedrooms because there is no Wifi signal in the bedrooms which was incredibly frustrating. When you wake up at 3:00 am due to time change and you can’t go out to the kitchen because someone is sleeping on the hide-a-bed (which was also surprisingly comfortable), you can’t use your phone to access Apple news or stream your favorite TV show. It also means that at the end of a fun but exhausting day your teens can’t access their social media or stream their favorite Hulu show while laying in bed. I know that may seem ridiculous to some, but when you are with a group of people and you just need some space, not being able to access wifi from the bedrooms was an annoyance. Other than that, this property was wonderful and I would return here and recommend my friends and family come here as well.

Wonderful vacation

This property was just what we were looking for. Quieter than other resorts. Beautiful surroundings and lots of amenities. Owners were great and easy to work with. Wonderful family vacation.

Best vacation!

We absolutely loved out stay in this condo. Michael met us at check in, walked us around, explained how everything worked (shades, multi microwave, 2 air units), where everything was. Unit exactly as shown, very clean. Perfect for me, my husband, 3 sons, one girlfriend and Mother In Law. The property is beautiful and short walk thru to the lagoons. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Will be back! Tip - plan your luau's, tours, etc in advance. Everything is booked! We were so busy worrying above covid testing, plane tickets etc, we forgot about that.
