• Oahu's zoning laws require this home to be a minimum 29-night rental.
• $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit (In addition to the total rental amount, a $1000 hold will be placed on your card upon check in and will be released no more than 10 days after departure if no damages are found)
• Please be mindful of electricity use during your stay. There is a $350 monthly cap. Anything over the $350 monthly cap will be the responsibility of the guest.
• One assigned driveway parking space. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
• Rent an electric vehicle and for an extra $150 per month you can take advantage of the EV charger that comes with this property.
• You will have access to the Ko Olina Sports club if you like. $25 per card. (2 max.) Access to full gym, tennis courts and activities.
