"Loved everything about the room. Only issue was we never received any towels for the room, even after calling numerous times to get towels, so I eventually had to go out and purchase my own towels because I kept getting told the towels were not ready. Also there was no closet in the room so we didn’t have an iron. Other than that room was nice and neat."

"I booked this site using Hotels.com. When I arrived at the property they had the office locked with no staff anywhere to be found. We attempted to call the property phone number and it was disconnected. We contacted hotels.com and they refused to give a refund for our stay without the hotels approval (they were also unable to reach the hotel). I have no been refunded for this stay and have no been able to get in touch with anyone at the property in regard to getting my money back. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY NOR HOTELS.COM this was definitely a scam that ended up costing me money and time."

"The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. The main dining area in the lobby appeared somewhat better than other common areas in the building. I rated 2 stars because the room wasn’t quite as bad. The staff was friendly and helpful."
