Overall convenient to local eats, shuttle takes you to downtown, staff was very welcoming, pool was a great cool down. My only complaint is they should upgrade rooms ,the sofa bed we did not have sheets for it and it was dirty, they brought those to our room right away, most of the outlets did not work to charge phones and other electronics.

This property is adequate for a stay in Key West. The pool area is beautiful and the daily breakfast is great! The room was a little dated, but clean. Also, hourly free shuttle was very helpful. We would stay here again when visiting Key West.

I was very excited about visiting this property and hanging out by the pool. However, we weren’t impressed with the friendliness of the staff who drove the shuttle and the pool bartender who closed the bar early with my husband standing there ready to order drinks during Spring Break week. The housekeeping staff were an exception and were great. The room was clean and the towels were nice. The double beds were small for us to fit comfortably on. Overall a decent hotel but friendly staff would have improved our experience.

Average hotel but fine stay

Hotel had nice front desk service. The building was a bit on the older side. Main negative was the price was extremely high for the quality though it was spring break for the family. Location was fine for walking to local stores and restaurants. Note: get a room with the balcony facing the pool.
