We didn’t cook… but there were dishes and silverware, pots and pans. There is not a dishwasher and not a lot of glasses. It was clean and functional.

The location was perfect for a family trip. We were close enough to venture downtown, but far enough away that it was quiet and clean. Chris’ communication and recommendations were impeccable! We had an absolute blastAnd would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Key West. Our only complaint is the pool could have been just a tad warmer.

Fantastic location to explore all the Keys

Loved this property- walking distance to some lovely restaurants and bars, especially around the marina which is only 15 mins walk away! The property is well equipped and has a choice of great balconies/terraces and the development is very quiet - pool area was great too. Highly recommend this place and we loved Key West.

Birthday Celebration

We booked a quick trip to Key West for the first time to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We did not want to stay in the hustle bustle of Key West so we decided to stay in stock Island at this property.. it was the best decision close enough to get everywhere quickly but far enough away to be relaxing. Chris was great. Chris us a few recommendations. House was very clean. Great location do not hesitate to book. We will definitely be back again..

Hidden Gem near KW

I am so happy we opted to stay at Chris’ Stock Island townhome instead of in the heart of Key West!! We would absolutely stay there on a future visit. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, exactly as described. The two upstairs bedrooms both have balconies and full baths. Downstairs has another bedroom and powder room.and another balcony. Full kitchen and large dining table. It’s super close to a CVS and Roostica for amazing pizza. We also ate at Hogfish a few times for great casual local seafood. Ubers into KW plentiful.Pool is quiet and lovely. Near beach and airport. We really would love to stay again. I was hesitant to book a place away from central KW but SO glad we did. Thanks Chris!!

Location Location Location!!! We took the Key West Ferry from Fort Myers Florida This place was very close and per the host of this condo we took his advice and rented a golf cart for our stay…able to do a lot this way. ( Southern Most golf carts) The ease of getting to the condo was super easy. This place gives you the opportunity to sit out on 3 different porches. All quiet areas and the walk to the pool just out the back a short walk. 3 bathrooms! The first floor convenient twin beds if you can’t do steps The beds are so comfortable The shower pressure awesome..nice hot water! Everything was cozy clean. Great choices for TV if that’s your gig… The host would respond quickly to all my questions. The Resturant a few steps away great Italian food and price Would recommend this place… great price! Thank you again!

Perfect stay!

Chris’s place was fantastic for our family! His communication was great, and we had an easy check in and check out. We felt at home right away and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is outside of true Key West - which we liked as it was less busy - but is a very short drive into the city and also very close to the airport. If we ever find ourselves back in the area we would book this place without hesitation!

Looking for sunshine

We had 5 days in KeyWest in the middle of winter and loved seeing the sun and warmth. We were 5 adults all above 55. The Keys certainly lived up to their reputation for sunshine, hospitality and culture. We did all the touristy things, but had the most fun renting a golf cart and driving around to all the big spots. Eating on Duval street was fantastic, Moondog Cafe and Martins were are favorites!
