There was no microwave in the room.There was no vending machines.They want you to spend all of your money at their bar.They don't take any cash, so you have to put everything on your credit card and an iced tea will cost you six dollars and you can't get it anywhere else.Because they don't have any machines.There's no good laundry services.It was not a four star resort

during check in the cost of the room had additional charges that added up to over $200 dollars extra for 2 nights stay. This was not shown on the Expedia web site when we chose this place but Hyatt added daily charges for the use of the resort per person. Checked into room and WIFI was not working had to change room to different building that had WIFI but elevator was not working at that building. terrible experience and probably our last stay at a HYATT.

This was our second time staying at the Hyatt Centric while vacationing in Key West. The hotel never disappoints. It’s always clean and well maintained. The staff is outgoing and helpful and the location is perfect. It’s walkable to everything in Key West and once we arrive the car stays parked in the onsite parking.

We had a great stay with one exception. We were asked when we wanted house keeping service morning or afternoon. We did not have anyone come the first three days of our stay and had to hunt down towels and wash clothes because no house keeping service showed up. After bringing it to their attention three days in a row we finally got house keeping on our final day. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. We loved the property!

Extra fees and parking not included in total price

Charging a hidden fee for parking is absurd. I use hotels.com whivh shows pricing including taxes and fees. So to my surprise that you get extra charges when arriving is crazy. And i forgot what else they charge for as well. But it wasnt just parking. I was to exhuasted from the drive and long day scuba diving and in the sun on a boat to hear what they said. I just wanted to get into my room so i just signed the paper and said "sure whatever"
