This place is amazing great staff clean rooms. When I checked in to my room their was a problem with my room that I booked it was smaller not what I expected and not ocean view as described in the booking but when I went down to talk to the manager Angel and voice my thoughts and he fixed the problem couldn't be more happy and pleased such great experience and would not hesitate to book for future stay. Angel was a great manager.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We were very surprised when our request for late checkout was denied. We requested two hours and were only allowed one hour. Housekeeping was definitely on the persistent side.
