Our room was not ready by the 4pm check-in time. Needed to request extra towels and blankets multiple times. Hot tub filled with children each time we wanted to use it. The shuttle only runs once an hour and was not able to accommodate all guests waiting to ride. Not a very safe area to bike. Not a swimming beach area. Only one elevator in service for building 2 which makes for a long wait at times and a longer distance to carry items to room from vehicle.

The property is nice. The pool area and waterside is wonderful. Probably the best thing is the shuttle service to downtown. My only complaints are the elevator wasn’t working and did not appear They were getting to it any time for the multiple days I was there. At $25 a night parking during the dead month of September was ridiculous for a property nowhere near downtown. I can understand charging a parking fee if you’re anywhere near downtown, but this hotel and the others near the entrance of Key West cannot justify any overnight parking fee let alone $25 a night

Resort is very pretty staff all above and beyond just language barriers which causes some issues for example the plumbing was horrible all three toilets in our room barely flushed we tried to get help and the staff we interacted with did not understand us so it went unaddressed. The shuttle driver was not the nicest which caused us to rent a truck which again could just be language barrier. Room was beautiful even had a happy birthday gift upon arrival but staff were not very clear with resort amenities and did not tell us elevator was out we had to walk up and down stairs with heavy bags until we found another elevator by mistake in a different building than we were staying in. These things can certainly be fixed and that would bring the rating up. I honestly would stay here again.

Beautiful & clean rooms.staff was very helpful. Enjoyed breakfast in Tavern. Endra in restaurant gave excellent service. 16.00 pina colada was all sugar water. Went back for dessert after dinner. Ben was nice. Needed to print 3 sheets for work but printer and main office said they don’t have ink in the hotel. Didn’t enjoy the $19.00 key lime bar. Would stay here again.

Parking not convenient at all, and had to pay extra to park a long way from the room. Had to carry luggage quite a distance to the room. Elevator not working in the building we were in. Had to travel between buildings to use Elevator. This property is NOT suited for seniors, or mobility impaired. The room we had was a long way from the small beach area. Breakfast was VERY expensive for a few assorted pastries and a cold ham filled muffin. No way to charge a phone bedside. I had to place my phone in a chair. No vending machines available. Rooms are dated and small. Tub took forever to drain after taking a shower. Charged extra just to get clean towels.

No one ever came to clean our room the entire stay we had to go and get towels and extra pillows (ours were flat). I wouldn’t even consider the breach area a beach. You have about 5ft to get into the water. The front desk staff are extremely nice but the resort needs to change its name and work on cleaning staff.

We enjoyed the property very much. We had a 3BR 3 BA unit right on the water, beautiful sunsets! Quiet part of town but close enough to the action. This was a girls trip. We rented a golf cart(onsite) and explored the island. They also have a hourly shuttle service to Duvall st. The pool bar is fun with good food. The Town and Tavern Restaurant at the lobby was fantastic. Ladies nights and deals all week. Food is VERY good!! The French pastry chef, amazing!

We had a 3 night stay asked to have our room cleaned after 2 nights said we would have to pay for it would only give us towels. Also charges $25.00 to park have stayed at this hotel for many years I guess everything changes.

The staff at the hotel are amazing. I really enjoyed the pool and beach area. I don't think you can swim in the beach area; it didn't feel like you should. I also really enjoyed the night kayaking and having access to the shuttle. I was able to store my luggage when i got there way before check in and after I'd checked out and being able to still use the shuttle after checkout made my long wait before my flight much better. My tv didn't work but honestly I didn't complain about it because it kept me out of my room. My only complaint is that I reserved a king sized room and I was given a double. I alerted both the staff and Expedia and was not given a resolution. I was told it's because I'd already checked in but it didn't make my stay less enjoyable.
