This was an odd place. When I arrived, no one was at the desk. I found the desk person on lunch break. I asked if I could check in, and was told no. Started to walk out, planning to come back later. She stopped me and started asking questions and told me to fill out some paperwork. I was checked in shortly after that. After an initial cold reception she was pleasant for the remainder of the stay. The doors lock at 6pm (access with a code after that, make sure to press hard on the buttons) and there is a number to call for late check in. Ran into a family trying to get checked in, no one answered but I found out later they eventually got checked in and seemed to be in a good mood. Rooms were dated, but nice street view. Great location. Off-site parking was convenient. I'd recommend staying here, just lower your expectations a little and try to get there before 6PM.

The room was fine. The shower was dirty and no water pressure. They never put out towels at the pool. The winan at the counter during the day was rude and terribly lazy and couldn’t be bothered.

I was traveling alone, great location, parking was included. The pool and deck area is very nice. Sitting out watching duval st, the bar a few doors down had live music you could hear while people watching.

For a 2 night excursion this property is ok... as long as you do not expect to get any sleep. Our room faced Southard street and the bars on the other side were so incredibly loud that it was impossible to sleep... maybe I need to invest in NC headphones. Overall the location is great, right in the middle of everything. Rooms we dated but quaint and appeared clean ...until you walk across the floor barefoot or in white socks... both literally turned BLACK and there is NO WATER PRESSURE for showers. If you are a person with long hair...good luck getting the shampoo out. For a young person there for the party...cant beat this location, as an an older couple... next time we will book a little further away from the action.

To be in the heart of Duval.. perfect

If you don’t want to listen to awful singing at 2:30 in the morning, maybe not the right place to stay lol.. But apart from this the hotel in general was good.. breakfast is not great and very little room to eat if many come at the same time..

Good location.Decent continental bkfst. Decent rooms for the price . One employee at desk very nice and helpful. The other was not very pleasant. The micro didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work .had to plug it into lamp outlet to work. Frig didn't work. Not cold. Shower good. House keeping accommodating.
