Beautiful hotel amd the rooms are clean and very nice. Wonderful pool. Shuttle is great! Just wish they had complimentary coffee past 8:00am and they had some foods on the restaurant menu that were more reasonably priced. $32.00 for a burger!

The property was beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Staff was friendly. The main reason I gave this hotel four stars instead of five was there were amenities listed that were supposed to be there that were not in fact open. There was supposed to be a coffee shop that had closed. There was supposed to be a taco place that had also remained close the duration of our day. Normally that wouldn’t make or break things, but that part of the island is not super walkable. There are not sidewalks that take you to other restaurants you may want to go. So I wanted to give the place five stars. I just don’t feel like I could with that not what was advertised.

It is a beautiful hotel, the food at the restaurant and dockside bar is excellent, and the staff couldn’t be nicer. There are restaurants within walking distance. It’s about 15 minutes from the shopping and tourist parts of Key West, and they have a free shuttle bus that runs hourly.

We felt the bars shut a bit early and breakfast hours were limited. A kettle in the room for hot water would be appreciated- we used the coffee machine to heat water but all of our tea therefore tasted of coffee.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle to Key West was very convenient and way easier than driving. We had a marina view which was beautiful and had a large balcony to two lounge chairs and a table with 2 chairs; great place to hang out, enjoy the weather, and have a cup of coffee. The food and drinks were well prepared and served in a timely manner. We would certainly return should our travels take us back to Key West.

The room was spotless… atmosphere was wonderful. Service was always top notch. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were delicious. The pool was beautiful and very nice. Overall, it was great. The only thing is… when you check in, they apply a $425 charge for “incidentals” and for if you eat at the restaurants, it can come out of that $425. So it was presented that if you didn’t use that, it would be refunded. When we checked out, they applied another $500 hold and then when reviewing the receipt, there are countless fees for things like: WiFi, resort fee ($52/day), community impact fee, and may more. So not only did we not get money back, we had to pay more. And none of this was disclosed when we booked or checked in.
