We'd love to host your next family beach vacation or group getaway! Your stay will be relaxing yet full of fun at this beautiful open concept home; newly remodeled throughout entire home. Located on Cougar Point's 11th Tee Box with only a short distance to beach (3 minute bike ride/7 minute walk to Boardwalk 12) and easy access to bike trails as well as Kiawah Island parks. Home is in a private location down a driveway that gets you off the main road. Kitchen is amazing with all new high-end appliances, high-speed WiFi, and hardwoods throughout entire home. Home has luxurious feel yet comfortable and cozy in all areas. Home has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Home is big enough to spread out and relax by yourself, but open enough for everyone to enjoy each others company in the same space.
The property is limited to allowing up to 4 vehicles parked at the property during your stay.
NO SMOKING PLEASE...We want to keep this a family friendly property (plus owner has bad allergies to smoke).

Let's talk about location...Kiawah is a private access island! Stunning natural beauty is Kiawah's calling card; rolling sand dunes, seaside forests, stunning marshland (maybe explore via kayak?) and ponds. Kiawah also offers incredible amenities (in addition to the beach!) within minutes of your stay such as Freshfields Village (shops and restaurants), Cougar Point golf course, the spa at the Sanctuary Hotel, 30+ miles of bike/walking trails, Night Heron Park (basketball, playground and many other activities for kids) and much more! Along with places to eat at Freshfields Village, Bohicket Marina and Kiawah Market, Kiawah Island also offers other amazing restaurants including The Ocean Room, Ryder Cup Bar (maybe the best view of the Atlantic Ocean on the East Coast), and several others on the island.

More about the house...

Luxurious master bedroom opens to outdoor deck with view of golf course. Master bathroom has double vanity as well as three shower heads including rain head and handheld faucet. Large walk-in closet.

3 other bedrooms are also on main floor. All 3 bedrooms are large, 1 with 2 queen beds and other 2 with 1 king bed each. All bedrooms include their own large tv. The room with the 2 queen beds and one of the rooms with a king bed share a full bathroom (w/2 sinks) while the room with the other king bed has a full bathroom across the hall.

1 very large bedroom upstairs with a king bed and a twin bunk bed w/trundle. This bedroom has on on suite full bathroom.

The family living area is open concept. All family members can see each other to visit, watch tv (large smart tv above fireplace), play board games, etc from family room, dining area, breakfast area and kitchen.

A large drop zone is inside garage where you can hang up bathing suits and towels and leave other wet items after a fun-filled day at the beach and/or park (there is also an outdoor shower located on the right side just outside garage). The laundry room lies between the kitchen and garage where you will find full-size front load washer and dryer. You will also find a 2nd refrigerator/freezer in the garage. A perfect place to store additional food and drinks during your stay.

A screened porch is the perfect place at any time of the day. Located just off living area you will be able to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, soda or adult beverage while listening to birds chirp, breeze off the ocean rustling through the trees or watch golfers tee off on Cougar Point's 11th hole (no worry of being hit with a golf ball). Our family loves sitting in this area during any time of year with or without the ceiling fan helping to keep us cool. Plus, if you decide you want to sit outside the screened in porch you can do that to on the back deck that runs the full length of the house (gas grill available on deck for your use).

As our guest on Kiawah Island (yes, the address may pull up as Johns Island, but you are definitely on Kiawah Island), you have access to 5 championship golf courses - including the Ocean Course (location of '12 & '21 PGA Championship), the highly acclaimed Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center, free high speed WiFi and all the fun or relaxation you would ever want. As our guest we will can also make recommendations to assist you on arranging details of your trip, including transportation, stocking the house with groceries before your arrival, setting up beach equipment or bike rentals, dinner reservations and arranging trips into Charleston. Our local property management team is on-hand in case of emergencies. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash/tidy). If you do have time to take the short trip to Charleston (35 minutes by car) we highly recommend it. Charleston is one of the most historic and charming cities in the South or in the U.S. period. You will find world class dining, shopping, tours and plenty of history to explore.
