Much of your time will be spent on this large porch, which is accessible from the living room, dining area, and master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 double size beds. There is also a sofa pull out in the living room for your guests to be able to spread out! For convenience, the villa includes a full size washer and dryer and WiFi.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
