The bright open floor plan flows right out to the large private screened porch. Much of your time will be spent on this large porch, which is accessible from the living room, dining area, and master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 double size beds. There is also a sofa pull out in the living room for your guests to be able to spread out! For convenience, the villa includes a full size washer and dryer and WiFi.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
