Spectacular 1 Bedroom, Oceanfront Villa! BRAND NEW RENOVATION!!

This is an 800 sq ft, ocean front, 1 bedroom/1 bath villa just steps away from the beach for a great escape! This property is on the first floor of an oceanfront building with a private deck with steps down to the ground where you can immediately step onto the boardwalk to the beach. It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas. The living area is large and roomy with a large chaise sectional sleeper sofa. There are beautiful wide-planked, gray textured wood floors throughout. The bedroom includes a King Bed with memory foam topper and a second TV. You enter the huge spa-like bathroom through French doors from the bedroom and are able to enjoy the large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head, large shower head and a hand shower. There is also a third TV in the bathroom. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The sleeper sofa also has a memory foam topper for your comfort. Also included is wireless internet to help you stay connected during your stay, washer and dryer, and free Netflix access. Nespresso Vertuoplus coffee and espresso machine plus frother available upon request.

Note is made that from Dec 1 2024 to end of February 2025, there is going to be revitalization work on the outside of building.

Great location on Kiawah and great location to the beach. Can't beat walking out the side door to the boardwalk to the beach. The condo was just big enough for my wife and I and our 2 boys (who slept on the fold-out couch). A/C and appliances all worked great on a hot 90 degree week in August. There were a few small things noticed on check-in that needed addressed, and the host was quick to respond and stay in touch to make sure that things would get addressed. Very easy check-in, and even easier check-out process to end the stay. Would stay here again in the future.

The condo was perfect for us. Steps from the beach, well decorated and had everything we needed. Had a quick question when we arrived and the owner called immediately to assist us. He was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

This property is very clean and well decorated. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We enjoyed a short walk to The Sanctuary for breakfast during our stay. This was our second visit and we’ll be back.

Perfect getaway vacation

The Villa was very clean, and who ever did the update on the Remodeling did a great job of utilizing the space to make the layout seem way bigger than it was. We had everything needed to make our stay wonderful. The check in and check out was very easy. Great location, steps from the beach right out the back door, and within just a few minutes of some great restaurants, I highly recommend the Jasmine Porch! Will definitely be back!

A fantastic weekend

This place is awesome! They thought of everything! It was so comfortable and spacious. We went for the weekend but could have easily stayed the week. The manager was so accommodating and very easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!

Kiawah is great

We always enjoy staying on Kiawah, and this property was close to the beach and other sites of interest. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. As noted in one of the previous reviews of this property, there is a slight odor of some kind in this condo. We could leave the windows open due to the cool weather, and this overcame the smell. Not sure exactly what it is. Besides that, everything worked out fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.
