Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.

Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival and guests agree to pay a $100 non-refundable pet fee.

To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage.

The guest bedroom does not offer cable or streaming services.

The electric grill is provided to guests as is. Cleaning it before use is at the discretion of the guests.

In general, the resorts/HOAs are quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

It was a great room though felt it could have been cleaner. Brown sludge came out of the jets and we had to scrub the tub. The inside of the top of the oven wasn’t clean as well as the lid to the electric grill which wasn’t a big deal but when it says residents will be charged for things like this it can be a tad worrisome. The picturesque view of the lake from the room was accurate though was no convenient access to actually walk to the lake. All in all a ln ok stay.

Great Lake Views

Property was as pictured, clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. Best of all it had Great Lake views. This condo is on the top floor and on a curve in the complex giving the best uninterrupted views of the lake. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day just looking at the lake and listening to it lap the shores.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice waking up to the lake view. Condo was clean and had what we needed in the kitchen. The TV was a little temperamental, but not really a big deal. We will probably be staying again soon.

The view is breathtakingly beautiful. The condo is clean. The manager was responsive to questions. We did go to Branson during the daytime mostly. It was just as advertised and very accommodating for me and my friends.

The exactly as described with a gorgeous unobstructed view of Table Rock lake. It’s far enough from the business of Branson but not so far that it’s inconvenient. Parmesan’s Pizza, nearby had some of the best pizza we’ve had. The master bed was a bit soft for our taste. Linens were fresh, but the rest of the house was quite dirty. We spent an hour cleaning the small space and then had a very comfortable stay the remainder of the time there. Keep in mind that the cleaning service is the issue, not the host, and hopefully this review will help them in them improve in this area for future guests!

This was a great condo with a wonderful view of the lake. The condo was clean and the condo manager was helpful when needed. This was a great location for a weekend getaway!

Anniversary weekend

Could have been cleaner! Food spills on the counter and hamburger or some meat still in the spoon rest on the stove. No propane tank for the grill and the grill utensils were not washed after whoever was there before us. I had rented another condo there in June and it was much better! They provided propane tank for their grill and the entire place was sparkling clean and the bedding smelled so clean! This unit did not! Over-all this one was ok but could use some improvement! King bed in this unit was very comfortable.

Great property!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo in Kimberling City! Was a great location and the amenities were as described. Grateful we were also able to bring our doggie along! We stayed for a full week and the condo was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 teen girls). Only issue was a couple cleanliness issues that we discovered throughout our stay. First, there were several dishes that were dirty when we pulled them out of cabinets and drawers, so we had to wash before using. Second, on our last full day (day 7) we went to do a load of laundry and found there was still a load of white towels left in the washer
that had been in there since before we arrived. So we had to re-wash those. But otherwise it was an amazing experience and we saw these two issues as minor inconveniences. We would definitely stay here again! Communication was amazing, Kim answered all of our crazy questions!

The place was super cute and mostly updated. Spacious and fabulous lake view. There wasn’t any bedding for the pull out sofas and the pullouts hadn’t been cleaned (crumbs and food debree all in the couch and pullout). A strong marijuana small overwhelmed the unit as well. With some housekeeping direction this would have been the perfect location
