What a beautiful property! The rooms are clean and well kept and the grounds and restaurants are lovely. They have a great pool, helpful and friendly staff, and a private beach. The managers should be very proud.

Being our first time in Bali, and it’s our honeymoon, we’re so glad we stayed at Bintang Bali Resort. They have the best staff, the place is great and it’s near shopping malls and restaurants. The beach is great and their food is so good. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Even helped us contacting taxi when we had a hard time getting one from Jimbaran. We would love to go back someday!

Not so good, bed’s uncomfortable, cleanliness of rooms was poor. The grounds were lovely, kids club was good for the children. There were a few rude staff members but most of the staff were lovely. The markets to the left of the hotel on the beach were relentless, chasing us and harassing us. Our main reason for not going back to this resort is the beds being very uncomfortable.

The staff were so friendly and helpful.. sometimes there were noisy people staying above us.. especially late at night/early hours of the morning. Maybe a notice could go in each room to say "please respect other people by keeping noise level to a minimal... Between 10pm-6am😊

We choose this hotel as it is close to waterbom park. It was convenient, a lot to eat around the area, quite safe. Hotel was well maintained yet pretty old and rusty everywhere. The problems with us were mosquitoes and noise from other rooms. We all got bitten multiple times…We also couldn’t sleep well as other rooms kept moving furniture or dropping bags on the floor all the time! The staff were lovely, breakfast was ok but could be improved, pool was nice right up to the beach. Overall, the hotel is good for a very good price.

Poor service upon arrival had to locate our own room first room was quite dirty. Toilet didn’t work properly asked to be changed to a second room which was a lot better. The service was poor. The pool is big but not clean. Services definitely a lot lower than most other hotels.

The resort is very nice. Backs up to the beach. Very large pool. Everyone was so helpfull and friendly. It was very safe to go out and walk around. The rooms was okay the bed was a little hard for me.
