We would have appreciated knowing that there was all day 8am-4pm loud construction going on all day . After a few hours of the noise and the aircon barely working we decided to leave! There was no discount offered or compensation, so we will try to work with Expedia in hope for a refund

its a good location if you like to be close to the beach. Access is through a narrow alley from main road. it was formerly under best western brand but they dropped it. it sits in the 2.5/3 star level. and price is on high side.

There’s minimal amenities, given the price point of the hotel, it is expected of this standard. There’s only one bath towel each guest in the room. There’s also a stench in the room like moist and damp sheets smell

real nice place for the price

the location was good walking distance to everything, the staff was great everyday and spoke good english, the tour guides all know where this place is and the breakfast buffet was quite extensive, lots of choices. the room was clean , comfortable and had all the things needed, the room attendants were marvelous,especially Duqus and Amanda, they made awesome towel swans and made me feel like i was on a cruise ship, with special notes with thoughtful words. they also had nightly events on the rooftop at the bar which was very nice as well as the pool, , it has a mini mart right on the corner and a money exchange across the street,for the money per night this was a great find,,its not the ritz carlton but a very good deal for a nice place
