Great location in Gion! Was a bit noisy with the street noise and could hear people in the next room. Nice hotel though for the price! We added breakfast to our stay which we regretted/ not the best selection and with so many cafes nearby it’s cheaper and better to go elsewhere. Beds were comfy and whole bathrooms and rooms were on the smaller side they utilize the space the had. Lots of places to hang towels, clothes etc. would stay again but request room not facing the street

There was a laundry room but didn’t get to use it and the only con that I had was that I couldn’t really figure out how to get ac only was able to turn the fan on and the window only opened an inch or two.
