出張で　10日以上の滞在で利用 部屋の壁には穴があり　テープで補強されていました 手洗い洗面の流れが悪く、洗うたびに毎回水が溜まっていました 清掃も、マグカップは一度も交換なのか洗浄なのか 使ったままで放置され続けました。 エアコンも使用するとニオイが出ました。 今後、1泊なら良いのですが　長期では利用しないと思います。

Birthday Trip to Japan!

This was not my favorite hotel from my Japan trip. The staff was not welcoming or hospitable. The hotel itself is in a great location, with another Hotel M (nicer one) around the block. I thought I had booked that one but I made a mistake. The room was also not the cleanest and had a nasty smell. It smelled like cigarettes and a$$. It was not worth the stay for the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location, close to major transport (5 minute walk to Kyoto station and 3 minute walk to Kujo station), great eateries close by, lots of convenience stores as well, the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. We would stay there again, it made our visit to Kyoto even more memorable. We loved Kyoto, for first time travellers to Japan. Francisco and Sharon

Nice hotel walking distance from Kyoto station South exit. Just go straight and you will be there in less than 10 mins. There are two M’s hotel around the area so make sure you go to the right one. The other one is a bit further. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and there’s mall nearby. Overall was nice but our room is so dusty. Table side and the table. I can’t stop sneezing. There’s laundry facility in the hotel so it comes handy. Overall is good.

Great location.

Location is great, short walks to the train stations, and very close to Kyoto station. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only request we had during our stay was for more pillows, and housekeeping dropped more off for us while we were out for the day.

Hotel is perfect to stay when you want to go around Kyoto. 4-min walk to Kyoto Station and Don Quijote and of course, Family Mart. Right in front of the hotel are popular small businesses like ramen place and the best curry.

Very kind and helpful staff, although we had issues with room cleanliness. Seems like an older hotel that smelled of mildew with sticky restroom floors and damp carpet. The odor was tolerable after airing out the room.
