Clean, a bit older. Close to Kyoto station which doubles as a mall. Also has a restaurant in the lower floor though it was all booked. Room was a bit warm, it does not have Air Conditioning, at least in the winter.

Good location which is near bus terminal and train station. Hotel management should provide service for guests came in earlier with luggage before 3pm check in by register the guest name and delivery the luggage first to the room before guest came back after 3pm. Other hotel are providing these service.
