When we checked in they didn’t tell us we would be parking in a different lot a half block away for the park and fly. Because of this we didn’t have our vehicle to go out to dinner. Room smelled of smoke when we arrived. We sprayed febreeze and it helped so we didn’t say anything to staff. Other than those two things it was a standard hotel stay.

Not staying here again. The hot tub wasn’t working, the pool was cold, we were limited to the number of TINY pool towels we could have for use. The orange juice dispenser was broken, the laundry room facility was out of service, the facet in our room was dangerously wobbly. The light in the bathroom was so dim we thought a bulb was out and needed to be replaced- turned out that was all the output the light could do. Do I have ANYTHING positive to say? The one staff member we met was nice. She spent a lot of time in the guest lounge area.

Fair accommodations.

The room was fine but the towels are super small and need to be replaced. Also, there is no elevator and we had to drag our suitcases up a flight off stairs. Very minimal breakfast. I won't stay here again.

Pool was old. Pool water to cold to swim in. Hot tub water cold as pool. Womens bathroom by pool out of order. Breakfast not good. Only hot food waffles, if you wanted them. Overall, not worth the money you pay for it. I feel I got ripped of on the the price for what I got.

There was a bag of garbage at the entry door, the air vent inside the entry door was covered with black dust/dirt. when we checked in they gave us a room that was not cleaned there were chairs on the bed and cleaning supply basket sitting inside the door. they put us in a different room which was for wheelchair use (we do not need a wheelchair) The sink seemed too low. The light in the bathroom could not be turned.
