Work & Entertainment: Stay productive at the dedicated workspace, then relax with your favorite shows on the TV.

Convenient Kitchenette: Prepare simple meals and snacks with a mini-fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker for your morning brew.

Year-Round Comfort: The suite is equipped with both air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort in any season.

Essential Amenities: We also provide a hair dryer, iron, and hangers for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests have (1) Parking spot reservation that is located directly in front of the entrance.

There is a small patio area for enjoyment outside, and the home itself, which is a 200 Sq Ft open floor plan studio.

The unit is private and peaceful, great for a solo or couple traveling.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant neighborhood surrounding your La Mesa apartment! You'll find a variety of dining options within walking distance. Enjoy a classic meal at Riviera Supper Club & Turquoise Room (5-minute walk) or grab your caffeine fix at Starbucks (6-minute walk). For a more unique experience, Spacebar Café is a 9-minute walk or a quick 4-minute drive away. Oodles by the Bar offers casual dining, reachable in 10 minutes on foot or a 5-minute drive. For a wider selection, La Mesa Blvd (5-8 minute drive) offers numerous restaurants, including China Super Buffet, Albert’s Fresh Mexican Food, Round Table Pizza, Farmer’s Table La Mesa, Limoncello Modern Italian, Village Salad, and La Mesa Wine & Spirits. For your convenience, 7-Eleven is a 2-minute walk away for quick essentials. For a full shopping trip, La Mesa Springs Shopping Center is a 15-minute walk or a 9-minute drive, and Vons is just a 3-minute drive.



Getting Around:

This Studio has close, convenient parking right outside the Unit. If you're a guest with a Vehicle, this Unit is perfect.

Parking is directly out front of the Home, and a quick step into the house with Groceries.

The location is quite central. There are lots of close by shops and restaurants for a quick drive to your favorite Starbucks or local coffee shop.

While walking through the neighborhood is peaceful, a car or taxi service would be required if you plan to do a bit further exploration.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following:

-No parties or events - $1,000 noise violation fee

-No smoking - $500 cleaning fee if violated

-Plumbing care - don’t flush non-toilet items (cost billed to guest)

-The host is not responsible for injuries or losses during your stay

-Late check-out fee: $50/hour without notice
