We stayed here for our granddaughters birthday. It is close to town. It was very clean and has everything that you need. The host was very responsive when asked any questions. The beds are very comfortable and clean as well.

Great location for our event at Lake Town Ranch! On par pricing for the area (which is way too high but not the host's fault). Only hold back from perfect score is a couple of broken blinds & the price that reflects market value. Absolutely would stay again
