I was told there was on site garage parking. That was not the case. I want my money refunded for false advertising and the fact I had to book another hotel on my own. Did not stay here!!!!!!! Requested a refund from you guys at that point and was on the phone in front of the hotel for 34 minutes and you guys could not give me a refund at that point. So I am taking it up with my credit card company instead. Very SAD. had to travel 1 1/2 hours to get another hotel where I could park myself. This was all done during the peak of rush hour in Chicago. Will never come here again.. And will never use Travelocity ever again also.

Check-in was really easy and the staff was friendly. Even held on to our bags for us after check-out, so we could grab breakfast before our flights out.

Parking was limited... not a fan of parking on city streets and I probably should have dug a little deeper. Hotel was fan, but having to walk a block and a half to a parking garage was annoying.... $25.00 a day.
