It appears the place is old and it appeared as a lot of the residents are a low income, maybe weekly or monthly rental. The place was completely surrounded with cops.

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was easy to book and check in. I was surprised how quiet it was for being a full house, but what I really loved that it is pet (baby) friendly. there are islands with dirt, sand, and/or some grass for them to use the restroom. if you forget your doggy bag, no worries, They have a staff member go around with a pooper scooper. The things that could use some improvement are; The details in maid service, I noticed there was serious maintenance/repair going on, so I'm not going to mention what could be in need of repairs as far as the room, however I was disappointed that the ice machine was not working. I just hope that when everything is up and running, and in working condition that the price goes up. As it was, I gladly accepted the price for the package, I even booked an extra day, since my stay was to get away for a couple days to enjoy some peace and quiet.

You get what you pay for. As one of the cheapest hotels in the area it is understandable why its so cheap. They dont clean the rooms that well and the curtains have holes in them. The tv didnt work and the was no additional lock. Not to mention the phone also didnt work but even if it did no one answered the phone late at night when i called from my cell phone when i wanted to ask for toilet paper. There were too many shady people hanging around outside for me to feel comfortable walking to the office by myself.

My stay at Palms Inn is always good. Ray is always courteous and friendly toward me when I go to the front desk window. Paulina and Stephanie are courteous and friendly toward me. They answer my questions if I have any. I do not have anything negative to say about any of them.

People walking around all times of night loud knocking on doors or asking if you know where to get drugs from. Don't care about people's well being. If you let them know something doesn't work sometimes they act nonchalant about it. We went 2 days without electricity and didn't get a refund or them nights free. The people who booked a room online couldn't even get their money back. They have roaches. They have a pool. Some days and nights it's peaceful. Cleaning crew is respectful
