Was not given the room i booked, called a few days ahead to confirm that i could check in early and if the hot tub was in working order was told yes to both. Upon arrival i was not able to check in early, i had booked a handicap accessible smoking room was given a non smoking room on the 3rd floor and property only has stairs. Went to check if the hot tub was hot, it was filthy and cold. The room... sticky floor, no trash can, no toilet paper holder, no coffee, the phone on the night stand wasnt even plugged in it was just there for looks. In the middle of the night was woken up out of a dead sleep but the next doors toilet flushing. Will never book here again
