Upon arrival staff was confused why we were only staying one night and made us feel wierd for being there. Breakfast was ok, there was eggs and english breakfast sandwiches with no meat. Just a sandwhich with egg and cheese. There was no meat to go with the breakfast. The kitchen was broken. At night we bought a steak and couldn't turn the electric stove off. The dial to the stove had blue painters tape on the inside of the dial and I had to use a butter knife to turn the dial in order to turn the stove off. Cleaning lady walked into the room at 10:00am while we were resting before check out. The dishwasher was leaking all over the kitchen so we had to stop it from washing our dishes. All in all my husband and I made the best of our stay because it was the first time we had a babysitter in 3 years. Sadly our stay was botched because we were given a horrible room based on our status.

The service was good, i did have to request someone to clean my room and i did request toilet paper. I believe they said due to being short staff they would not clean on the assign day but i was overlooked the next day. That when my daughter went downstairs to complain. Other than that, the people was nice and professional .

The property itself was decent, and we really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The guest service was also excellent. However, the room was very disappointing—it had a strong odor of dog urine and was not very clean, more in line with a two-star rating. We requested to have our room switched, but unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. While it didn’t have the strong dog odor, it was still very dirty. The closet was rusted and falling apart, the kitchen cabinets were damaged, and the appliances and utensils were practically unusable. Even the pull-out bed was sunken in and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was just a mess. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my kids here again. When traveling, I prefer to stay somewhere clean and well-maintained, and this hotel fell short of those expectations.
