We are now open...
A vacation or staycation, the place to be is here in The Mactan Newtown, a community by the beach. The place is close to everything, from banks, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and spa.

A 15-20 minutes drive from the Mactan International airport, the place has a very easy access for transportation.

The place offers an outdoor pool and kids pool. On for a vacation or for a business trip, this is the best place to be.
The space
Pretty close to Starbucks and Banks.
Walking distance to the beach with free access.

Mactan Newtown Beach is 8-10 minutes walk from the area. Entrance fee for the beach is 200 pesos per person.
