Great budget hotel

Legian paradiso is my go to hotel in the south. I have been going there for 15 years. Gets better each time I go. Great budget hotel in a great area.

Enjoyed our time staying here, staff were always friendly but did have an issue with the hot water 🙁 some days it would take a good 10 mins to get warm, other days it would get really hot in 2 mins and a couple of days it stayed cold. House keeping was a bit hit and miss as to getting everything every day but the room was always cleaned and the bed was huge and comfortable

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR SUCH A LUXURY NAME!

Terrible. Toilet was all scratched up with stains all over. The bed itself was so wore out you would sink into the springs themselfs as if there was no padding on the bed and the wifi was not only weak but spotty and would not stay connected more than half the time

Checked into a motel (can’t say it’s either a resort or villa, definitely not a hotel), 10 minutes later, I couldn’t stay there due to the status and cleanliness of the property, I checked out. The music from the pool area is loud, you will get disrupted by the loud music anywhere within the resort. I initially booked a superior room, but i didn’t mind pay extra for an upgrade. Upon inspecting other rooms, the whole property needs a serious work. Photos are vitiatingly misrepresenting what the property actually is. It qualities for a legit fraud. The hotel is relying on its T&C and refusing to refund my money for 3 nights. I took some photos, but the room has very bad lighting, so photos don’t do justice. Avoid this facilities like a plague and now I am fighting for my money.

IF CHEAP & CHEERFUL IS WHAT YOU ARE AFTER...

This hotel is very basic. Let's not get crazy and expect a 5-star hotel for AUD 42.00 per night (about USD 28.00). The rooms are very basic and the fittings are dated. But the room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. The grounds of the hotel are lovely although the paving needs some TLC. The pool is amazing because it is so large and deep and my friends loved the swim-up bar. Breakfast was also cheap and cheerful. Nothing elaborate but it was very nice for what we paid. The massages at the property were absolutely wonderful. The restaurant at the front of the property was very disappointing. We only went there once. It's a nice place to stay but don't expect the Ritz. You get what you pay for, right? It's cheap and cheerful...

1 Asked about pool room 1 night at reception @ was told it had people coming in that night.7.30 morning saw staff showing a couple that was in garden room area looking at that room we where not very happy. We did end getting room couple days later on.2 Watching afl game sunday in your bar on big screen west coast v richmond last quarter was just beginning when bar customer ask to put different afl game on @ 1 off there staff changed the game over @ that person did not even stay to watch the game.So we only had one tv to watch last quarter, i asked staff if manager was on hand they went @ got someone but here told me he was not a manager.Sad end to the holiday Steven Brown
