We stay here often, because of the location and availability of transportation, usually the night before flying out of Bali. Tired of the check in staff presuming my wife of 12 years is not my wife, if you know what I mean.

Everyone was eager to help make our stay great. We didn't like the fact they only offer one key per room when there was two to share so when we went out separate I had to get the staff to let me in the room

Property is in great position .hotel not very accomadating with requests .staff are very polite but never seem happy like most balinses . We had 6 rooms total of 13 guests and everything seemed to be a inconvenience.

Staff were friendly and helpful.. Cottage rooms were very outdated and TV reception was horrible.. Could barely watch anything.. Breakfast was great! Not sure why they are called "NEW" Garden View?? You could definitely twist an ankle on some of the old footpaths around the cottages!!
