Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate.

The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

The space
A perfect juxtaposition of timeless historic charm meeting modern amenities. This is a fully furnished one bedroom loft with radiant heat and AC. King size bed with wrap around upholstered white headboard, gold hammered side tables, refinished original wood floor, exposed original red brick walls and raftered ceiling, electric fireplace, beautiful Dayton, OH hand-crafted Pine Factory living room furniture set, and specialty lighting adorn this timeless loft.

The Loft is located on the second story above the bakery. Guests must climb a set of stairs. Please see picture attached to the listing.

This a really neat studio apartment above a bakery. The place has great "vibes." The apartment was great for us as a couple. Bed was comfortable and the property was clean. Potential renters should know the property is on the second floor and there is a flight of steps that need to ascended to reach the unit. My one minor complaint would be that the shower is tiny. If you are a larger person, you may have some difficulty showering here. Again, this is minor. The place is great.

Perfect and cozy

The property is in a cute historical town above a business walking distance to an ice cream shop and a library. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed and more including laundry, toiletries, full kitchen, and the most comfortable bed & pillows! Perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.
