When I called the day prior to see how the roads were in light of the severe storm, the person answering the phone answered “hello?” No hotel ID whatsoever - I had to ask if it was the hotel. Upon checking in the next day, parking lot/sidewalk to room not cleared. Person checking us in did not make us aware of the complimentary breakfast.
