Spacious "farm country" duplex merely 7 minutes from downtown Georgetown KY. 40 min from Arc Experience. 15 min from KY Horse Park & a 20 min drive to Lexington, Keeneland or the Red Mile. A 25 min drive to UK & Rupp Arena. Business travelers welcome. Master bedroom w/ queen size bed & full bath; second bedroom w/ king sized bed, and a second full bath. Large rooms, eat in kitchen and washer and dryer make this a great spot for an extended stay!

Massage Therapist rents space in the same building and is available if you'd like to schedule a massage as a separate service. same building, different suite.

There are chairs provided to sit outside if you like.

Loved it ! Visiting from England and on a road trip, the lovely peaceful, rural location was a welcome contrast to our city accommodations. It has so much character; the family are so friendly and welcoming and everything we could possibly need, was provided.

Great value for the price

Spacious place in the quiet and picturesque countryside yet just a few miles from Georgetown and area attractions and eateries. It cost us only 10 a day more than staying in a standard hotel room and made it much more pleasant to host family. Owner and son now live next door and daughter lives upstairs but they were quiet and very helpful.

Cycling Trip

Two couples shared this apartment and rode a cycling event over Memorial Day. It was perfect place for us! Big accommodating kitchen, great place to store our bicycles under an awning. It wasn’t the cleanest place, but it wasn’t filthy either. *Bring your own toliet paper & wine opener* We will stay here again!

Grandma's Cottage

Overall stay was exactly as advertised. Very Clean. Easy to find. Host was easy to communicate with. Very spacious. Attending a funeral so this was close to all the locations where we needed to be. We did have fun identifying some of the 80's era Home Interiors Decor. Exactly as you would see at Grandma's house. :)

Grandma's house

The property was very clean. The owner, who lives on site, met us when we arrived, we couldn't figure out where to park. The person who lives upstairs has a very cluttered balcony and the lock on our door didn’t seem to work properly. The owner tried to fix it but it still wasn't right so he gave us a key to use. The house was a little musty but got better after we were there for a while. The master bedroom doesn't have a closet or a hair dryer. The area is very beautiful and out amongst farms. Overall it was a good stay.

Great stay in picturesque country setting

We stayed the weeknd at this beautiful older country home. We need a place to say for a funeral. The home was ve clean and quiet. Which allow to rest. The only small hiccup was they needed a small frying pan. We really enjoyed our stay. Bit its really not that big of a deal.
