The block surrounding the hotel seemed very dodgy and we did not feel safe walking of a night time, there were a lot of derelict, abandoned and unsavoury businesses. Stopping areas for check in were non-existent, we had to drive around for 30 minutes to find a park which was very difficult because majority of the streets were all either one way, had no right or left turn signs so it was almost impossible to get back to the hotel. Communication in terms of this and check out process (dropping off key before leaving car park) were non-existent and we drove around for almost another 30 minutes after leaving the hotel car park before we could get back to the hotel and find a car park to return the room key. Only one elevator went to the car park itself so we had to wait while the other elevator came and went repeatedly The room itself was nice, although air conditioner did not seem to work very well. Room kitchenette was very nice.

We had early access to 1 room which was helpful but didn’t get access to the other room until 3.20 which was stressful as we we’re trying to get a train at 3.30 & had to change plans. Bed was super comfy but curtain didn’t fully close to morning sun straight in to room was frustrating.
