This is one unit within a two-unit building. The entire lower-level apartment is fully private to you, and nothing inside or outside your space is shared. The upper level is a separate long-term residence.
Step onto the stamped-concrete patio and relax in your private Aspen 5-person hot tub, unwind under the covered gazebo, or enjoy the Pilot Rock fire pit and charcoal grill. The fenced outdoor area gives you privacy and space to spread out while still being close to town.
Inside, the apartment is set up for comfort and easy living. The living room includes an 86-inch Smart TV, PlayStation 5, and fast Starlink Wi-Fi. The full kitchen has everything you need: brand-new appliances, cookware, dishes, and a Keurig/traditional coffee maker. A dining table for four and a small workspace make the space practical for both short stays and longer visits.
Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds, 1 queen, and one full, clean linens, and 55-inch Roku Smart TVs. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, and essential toiletries. The apartment is well-insulated for privacy, though normal, occasional footsteps from the upper unit may be heard.
The location offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful rural setting just minutes from downtown Logan for groceries and restaurants, and about a 15–20 minute drive to major Hocking Hills attractions, including Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, and Rock House.
