Great location with good facilities
Good arrival experience, nice little touches such as the complementary teas and coffees. Would have been nice to have a little milk available too. Fantastic location. Having a family above with a young child who ran constantly on the floor immediately above us until past midnight each night we were there was really irritating when added to the underground sound too. I appreciate this is not specifically the issue of the property owners, however, by leaving this message perhaps they can put something in their Welcome Book about considering those beneath you and in fairness above as that counts both ways... being considerate that you are in a shared accomodation! Not being able to have any fresh air into the apartment was an issue for us as we like a window open and without any air con it felt oppressive at times. Nothing can take away, however, the amazing location.

It was really good. A representative called and coordinated to meet us to check us in. It was a very nice place. Only problem was, photos showed a terrace, and the booking indicated a terrace, but we were given an apartment in the basement with no terrace, so we had to walk out to smoke.
A lovely apartment minutes from Debenham’s. We had the basement one-bedroom unit but it had plenty of light and was spotless. Maid service twice a week. WiFi included. We’d rather have gotten the ground floor due to the stairs (no lift) and having a baby, but no complaints at all. Can not recommend this place highly enough - we hope to be back there!
