There was a mouse on the floor in the restaurant and i called the attention to 3 different staff members who said "oh yes, the doors have been open all day" and proceeded to ignore a mouse that ran close to my foot. It's like noone cared one bit!

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at this property. The premises were clean and well-maintained, with a calm and inviting ambiance. The staff were courteous, professional, and consistently attentive to guests' needs, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. However, I found the breakfast offerings to be somewhat limited in variety. Expanding the menu to include more options would significantly improve the morning experience for guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone planning a visit to London. It provides a comfortable and welcoming environment that is well-suited for both leisure and business travelers.
