Dirty, mould issues and haphazard service

We had high hopes for this hotel. Unfortunately, despite there being the odd staff member who was helpful, the overall experience was woefully disappointing. First of all they couldn’t find our reservation - no biggie. They then offered us champagne whilst we waited. However, it wasn’t champagne it was cheap sparking wine, and the fizz had gone! That acted as a metaphor for our entire stay. It COULD be great but it isn’t. The room was dirty. There were hairs on the floor and stained sheets. The bathroom had smears of dirt everywhere and the window was filthy. We asked for the room to be cleaned when we went out but when we got back it was barely any better. The next morning we had two people knock on the door when we were asleep. We had the do no disturb light on. The next day I was dressing and a woman came in when were dressing but she didn’t seem aware and just marched in. We asked her to leave and she didn’t understand. She kept speaking in her native language and had no embarrassment even though it was obviously inappropriate for her to be there. We had to point to the door for her to leave. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible. It’s really not hard to serve a great breakfast. Service was all over the place. Chased 3 times and even then when it arrived it was cold. The sauna smells rank and the air is thick with a mildew / mould issue. We didn’t go there again. There is a nice man called Alex who helped us with cabs.

We traveled as a family and truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We Definitely recommend it and will stay there again. The kids were in awe ; they love the decor and the staff was so friendly. My daughter left behind her purse and it was returned to the front desk.

My stay could have been better if they delivered some plates and spoons to the room for food. The reception said there is extra pounds for each spoon which you need even to stir milk within coffee.

Very cool. Rooms had great views, the view from the 25th floor was a bonus, great neighborhood, well connected to shops, cafes and public transport. Staff was accommodating and nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with great pressure. The toiletries were well curated. But most importantly, the art installations were fantastic! So glad we got to experience this hotel.
