Great location for Wembley and Central London. Staff lovely, check in fairly efficient. Rooms a little tired and seemed to be no water pressure so showering very difficult, just a trickle of water. It was fine though, just for the price would have hoped for a little more modern and a good working shower

Well the room allocated to us on check in was not cleaned. They changed the room immediately with no fuss and compensate with 2 free drinks. This was acceptable to us . However the bar was out of quite a few beers. Breakfast was good and we had a meal in the restaurant which was very good Staff service was good and friendly

The hotel reception and common areas are really nice- well presented, open and spacious. The standard room could do with updating, although it was clean the carpets looked grubby and could do with replacing. The wi - fi is ok but there is a very poor signal in the room on the lower floor and poor outlook/ lighting. The restaurant is really good with a limited menu. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hit and miss!! I would return but ask for a different room!

Car park is very tight, no way to get easy access. You have to park up then go to reception for them to let you in. Signage to car park inside the hotel is mis leading. Room was good including AC. Hotel just looks like it needs a bit of tlc.

Hotel location/surroundings not quite as expected. Car park entrance not obvious, ended up going round block again. But hotel was nice, clean, staff were friendly. Brekkie was great. And great location for getting into London on Thameslink or Jubilee line. It is on a busy main road though with lots of late night shops/takeaways, so hardly any sleep as the window wouldnt close. But air con was ace!
