Welcome to my home!

Just a 10-minute walk to Kennington Station and 15 minutes to Oval, both on the Northern Line, this contemporary duplex is ideally located near Kennington Park. Walworth Road, with its essential shops, charming local stores, and eateries, is just a 13-minute stroll away. The home is filled with natural light from large floor-to-ceiling windows and fully furnished with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living area with plush seating, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for meals. Step outside to the small private terrace, perfect for morning coffee with a book or alfresco dinners with friends and family.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and built-in wardrobes, dressed in freshly laundered linens for a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes everything you need to freshen up, with complimentary towels and toiletries provided.

For your comfort and safety, the home is professionally cleaned before each stay.

Kennington is a lively district in the London Borough of Lambeth, located just south of the River Thames. Well connected to central London, it offers a blend of residential charm and local commercial life. The area is known for its diverse community and rich history, with beautiful Victorian and Georgian architecture adding to its character.

Kennington is especially popular with young professionals, families, and students thanks to its close proximity to central London and excellent transport links. Visitors can enjoy Kennington Park, a pleasant green space ideal for relaxing walks and outdoor activities. The area is also home to The Oval cricket ground, where exciting matches take place throughout the cricket season.

Visiting during the week is ideal, as the neighbourhood tends to be quieter, allowing you to experience its local atmosphere without the larger weekend crowds.

My home is within walking distance of the Northern Line and various bus stops at Walworth Road. Additionally, services like UBER, Addisson Lee and Bolt are available for hire in London.

Depending on the route and traffic conditions, Heathrow Airport will take 40 minutes by car. Alternatively, it'll take 16 minutes via Heathrow Express from Paddington Station.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge ÂŁ50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Such a lovely place, couldn’t recommend here enough! Clean, everything you need is provided, quiet area, lots of transport nearby! There’s nothing not to like. And extremely comfy beds :)

If you need to stay in this area, the house is great. You’re about a 10 min walk to the Kennington station on the northern line which is what we needed and makes it easy to get to anywhere in London. Lots of great food on the high streets. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location for the tube and there is a convenience store and a few restaurants nearby, including a great bakery/coffee shop in Kennington Park. It is a generally quiet neighborhood, with some teenagers setting off fireworks briefly most nights. The flat has everything you need for a nice stay. The biggest difficulty was in trying to communicate with the host company regarding early check-in. They did not respond when they said they would, leaving me in limbo at the airport.

The apartment inside was beautiful and well maintained. The sorounding area was less than ideal.. We did experience several issues with the hot water and had to contact management to have the water heater adjusted. Additionally, we weren’t informed about the construction taking place directly in front of the apartment, which began each morning at 7 a.m. We had to stayed about 1hr pass the 8:45am checkout time due to the lack of hot water. The cleaning service lady showed up and started banging the door and was she VERY RUDE. We had to rush out of the apartment since the communication via phone was very slow to response and we did not want to have another scene with the cleaning lady. The construction team workers were laughing at the situation and said that was unnecessary. We did send a message to the managing company and they said they will investigate. The location it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the nearest tube station.
