Property was well maintained. Very clean, spacious. Rooms were very nice. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice

The property was great, we found ourselves there in an emergency situation at 11pm after our original accommodation was not available The late team had the extra bed organised and room ready. The breakfast was awesome and the breakfast are was a well run machine. The room was small for 3 people once the pull out couch was made up but we managed. We also used the common are to work in and be with our family also with us. We used the train station and walked to the nearby bar/ restaurant.

The hotel was a decent place to sleep but if I had the option of cancelling and staying somewhere else for my week long trip I would have. No fridge in the room, no place to hang towels after shower, didn't know they had food available at the bar for dinner since they hid the signs because a music concert was going on. Oh and the literal door frame to the room was cracking causing the door to rattle loudly when anyone else closed their door

Hampton by Hilton Docklands - Silverworks Island

I chose this location due to attending an event at Silverworks Island - couldn't have got much closer. I'd already pre-selected my room and was given the option to download an electronic key on my phone (I choose not to do this). The car park was quite small, but booking the car in was straight forward. All of the staff I met during my stay, were extremely helpful - a credit to the hotel! There was enough choice at breakfast and the food was good. Unfortunately I could feel the springs in my bed, but I still managed to sleep well after the days shenanigans.
