Pleasantly surprised and impressed by everything at this hotel! The building is clean, modern, and spacious. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The spa amenities were very good as well. I will be staying here again, and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, check in /out was quick and smooth, bed was comfortable and breakfast was tasty. The machine made flat white was actually drinkable which was a first for me! The pool area was really nice and we appreciated the generous allocated time for kiddy swimming hours which is more than other hotels.

We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights in a large room with 2 queen beds. The room was comfortable but at times noisy on Saturday night. We would stay there again.

Not a deep soak bath

Lovely room and very clean and spacious. I was a bit disappointed about the bath though. Description said ‘deep soak’ and the bath wasn’t deep at all and the shower unfortunately went on the edge of the bath which made a puddle on the floor!

The property is in a great spot near the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and a good Underground station. The beds are good, the Air Condition is heavenly, and the staff is helpful.

Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
