Perfect location woth lots to do. Room was spacious and spotless. Tea, coffee, water and biscuits were provided. Spa was clean but very busy, was difficilt to find somewhere to sit. Staff were friendly.

Spent 1 night to celebrate my birthday. I was given a glass of champagne on arrival. Book the executive suite got put on the 14 floor city view. When I arrive in the room, it was cold but was given a radiator by the reception which make the room warmer. The room was clean, comfy bed, toilet comes with shower and bath which was nice but the size of the room wasn’t that big for an executive suit. Overal I had a nice stay!!!!

We paid for executive. Checked out and then asked if we could quickly get a cup of tea from the executive lounge for the walk to the train station. We were told no by the lady sitting at the front desk area. It’s literally a cup of hot water and a tea bag, but they wouldn’t let us have it for a walk. (We Didn’t even plan to sit in the lounge.) We’ve stayed at various Leonardo hotels (Tower Hill, St Paul’s, Brighton) and the staff here are the worst

Nice enough for the price. The lifts were infuriating though and were my reason to score so low. Nobody should have to wait a minimum of 5 mins for a lift.

This hotel was really convenient for us as we were in London sight seeing. Tube and DLR within minutes of hotel. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Spa pool etc clean and nice to relax after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend you all.

Great hotel

We stayed at the hotel which was ideal for watching our daughter run the London Marathon, Tower Bride was 5 min walk which was our first viewing point, the staff, rooms and breakfast were all excellent.

This is one of our favorite hotel is in all of London! Everything about it is simply spectacular! It’s incredibly convenient to transportation and major tourist attractions and it’s in a very, very safe neighborhood and is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
