Comfortable rooms. Amenities - Breakfast was in a comfortable eating area, lots of options to good from, did not feel rushed or squished. Check in is a mess. No flexibility at all about early check in. At 3pm when check in opens there is a huge line, and the automated kiosks don’t seem to work well.

Good value. Clean. Fantastic location, within walking distance to many attractions. very close to tube station. Staff were friendly and courteous. Value added luggage storage for a donation. Visited with two teenagers. Room was well equipped for us. I would stay again.

The area was walkable. A short walk to the train station and the London Eye. The rooms were clean but small. I preferred the restaurant for lunch and dinner over breakfast. I would stay again.

I have a reservation for 7 rooms, the lady tried to give me all in under ground (-1) and ground floor at check in(3pm), after my strive for, I still got two rooms on ground floor on restaurant building that was dark and dirty hallways, it was no breakfast provided for two days and no hot water one night during my 7 days stay.
