Excellent buffet and à la carte menu. Deride always excellent. Sometimes a little slow but staff are amazing and food is excellent. The hotel is maybe starting to show a few frays around the edges but still my No 1 choice.

Doormen - very pleasant and always on duty Luggage porter - nice and friendly Front desk - extremely courteous Concierge- extremely courteous, informative, helpful and friendly Room/bathroom - everything in the room/bathroom very comfortable and pleasant, very clean, of course the room could have been little wider and more drawers in the closet especially for longer stay Some communication issue between front desk and room cleaning staff. We requested blanket instead of duvet but wasn’t changed to blanket. The number of tea, coffee etc. was not the same every day, some days not enough of one type of tea, or not enough coffee and milk, but if we called to request it was delivers very quickly. We will definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you
