The hotel is and also looks luxurious. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and the staff were really kind and helpful. Spotless place, enough lifts, just amazing!

The room was very clean and the heater/air worked well. I like the motion sensor night light and the electric curtains. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The only two complaints I had were that the bed was very hard and hurt my back. Also, the breakfast buffet was nice but I feel a bit pricey. The continental breakfast room service is not much cheaper.

Superb location: near events but nestled in a classic residential neighborhood near parkways. Everything you need is inside this hotel. Excellent service and assistance from staff throughout my stay. The proximity to Hyde Park is what helped me select it.
