Clean and nice room with great products. Gym is very basic for a hotel that is supposed to be 5 stars. Hot water went out for an entire morning. Not great for a business trip.

Staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived very early and they went out of their way to get us into an available room so we could shower and freshen up after the flight from Australia. Doorman, porters, reception and concierge were all incredible. Room was beautiful and quiet, even being next to the elevator. Small gifts left by housekeeping were so sweet as well. Location is perfect - two blocks from Oxford Circus station, local area very walkable. We had the best time; sad to have left!

This luxury hotel is worth every penny. It is conveniently located, one block from the Oxford Circus tube station. Regents Park is just down the road, which is great for jogging. The staffing exceptionally friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was the swimming pool being out of order, but the staff helped me arrange access at a nearby hotel that had a working in indoor lap pool.

We enjoyed our 6 days at The Langham. The staff was fantastic. Great location. Very nice room with comfortable bed. The restaurants and bars were just okay. Would stay here again.
