Stayed here 5 days on a solo trip and it was basic, standard. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve stayed in, but the A/C worked great which was important to me. This was also a more spacious room than some others offered in London for a good price. Breakfast was good but never changed so I was bored of the same options by the third or fourth day. Cleaning service was great- they gave me space when I didn’t need them to come in. Friendly staff who tried to help when they could.

This place was great! Safe location, near a lot of food. Very cozy. We had our own patio but didn’t use it. Everything was very spacious and clean! I would stay here again!

good value, good location

I booked a single bed room for 2 nights. The room was quite small, however it was functional and comfortable. Almost like a cruise boat cabin. Although the hotel is on a busy street, my room faced the back so I did not hear much street noise. The location of the hotel is great - close to the tube, shops and restaurants.

A decent hotel in good location

Overall not a bad hotel in good location. Rooms are ok, small-ish but that’s a London standard in older hotels. Being summer months room had a fan and some cooling unit provided as I assumed air con wasn’t a luxury at this property. This made the room hot and stuffy during the night which contributed to disturbed sleep. Bed was rather small and uncomfortable to sleep but despite room facing the main road it was still quite inside. In the morning I’ve asked for additional key card as let the one given on arrival in the room but wasn’t given one as hotel was in the process of upgrading their key system and they haven’t had enough of room keys to give out (?!) so a staff member had to come up twice with me to let me into my room. To sum it up, not a bad hotel, good location and at decent price. Few annoying issues (like no extra key, no air con) but would come back maybe in winter months
