Bon hotel, bien situé. Personnel accueillant, chambre propre, bonne litterie. Chambre trÚs petite, manque d'espace pour poser une petite valise, en poser deux pour sortir les affaires, impossible. Donc, pour un sejour de moyenne ou longue durée, difficilement envisageable pour moi. Convient bien pour un sejour de 1 à 3 niuts. Nous sommes restés deux nuits.

Amazing Location, Friendly Staff, Well planned and organized facility. I stayed in a single room as a solo traveler. Yes it was a tiny room at 8th floor with a beautiful night view, the bed was very comfortable , a TV was placed perfectly would be nice to have a mini fridge. But there were a glass water bottle, a kettle and all kind of coffees , teas , milks for free of a charge. Overall I had a great experience.

The check in experience was the worst i’ve ever had. Long story short: The staff showed total understanding and seemed very helpful at the beginning when the expedia agent called them and when i texted them too but when i arrived they showed a totally different face! Very bold and they looked like they could not care less and they dont give a sh** I had very long flight/night and i arrived super early at 10 am and i would not mind waiting an hour or two or even three but that they only were able to check me in at 3 because this was their check in time!! This is ridiculous.. but i had a word with them and one of the receptionist gave me the room at 2:15!!! Yay lol i was about to faint in their tiny reception and i this she noticed that im going to pass out! Thank you not thank you!

Fantastic front of house team, checkin was smooth and easy, room was a bit on the small size but it was clean and well presented which is great to see. Only con - The air con is very weak and room is stuffy and hot, but borrowed a fan which did the job, so thank you for your help.

The location of the hotel was great, rooms are extremely small but we knew that. Staff on reception are great but the room felt dusty and missing body wash in the shower. The reason for marking down is because of this and when we raised it to the made and even asked for towels on the second day she told us no until we pushed that we wanted clean towels daily. She seemed very off and blunt but apart from the niggles fab location and reception extremely polite.

A good pit stop for an overnight stsy

Good central location. Pleasant helpful staff. Room small but well equipped. Bed comfy and nice towels. Only complaint was that a bin tucked under the bed hadn’t been emptied and the bathroom area wasn’t spotless with some areas water stained.

Nice place!

Not too far from Oxford Circus tube station, Z Hotel was great to stay for events in the city. Placed on the 7th floor, I ended up using the elevator and it was smooth as anything. The hotel has a cafe that serves food 24/7, but I can't comment on quality. Breakfast runs pretty late into the morning for late lays. The rooms aren't super massive - I've been in bathrooms bigger than the entire room, and you have a small cube of floor space to stand in, but it was perfectly ideal for my purposes. The bed is large and spacious, the sheets are good, and the pillows plentiful enough. The TV channels are a bit grim, but the TV itself is nicely sized. The AC in the room was a little fiddly to understand - but in 28°c weather, it worked fantastic. The lights, blinds, and bathroom lights are all controlled by a delightful little button panel. Tea/coffee + kettle were plentiful, the hairdryer was good quality, and the view was great. The plugs have USB slots which was nice. Internet is fiddly and tempermental but worked fine. The bathroom, for it's size, was great. Towels were good quality, and the sink was massive. The shower itself is lovely and big, though the toilet doesn't flush great. Despite long showers, the room didn't get humid like I feared. The elephant in the room is that it is a frosted glass divider between the bathroom and the rest of the room, and the frosted effect stops pretty far down. Not a place to share with family - it's a great couples room.
Main door. The front handle can only be pushed down with the keycard pressed to the sensor, but the door features a deadbolt for privacy and extra security.
Frosted glass divider between the sleeping space and the bathroom means you can see a lot more than you might want - and hear it all too.
