The property itself was fine, I find it's more like a BNB and I have stayed at a number of them before both in London and other areas. The building was nice, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The neighborhood was quiet and it was very close to public transport. The reason for the 3 star was the room was very noisy with people coming in and out of the building and up and down the stairs. It was very hard to sleep. I would assume it was where the room was located, I really don't think there should be a room there at all, it was just off the main reception area on the first floor and the staircase was above the bathroom maybe if we had stayed in a different room the experience might have been better.

Great place to stay and good value. The continental breakfast was good and kept well stocked. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

A great stay!
A lovely hotel in an excellent location - so close Earls Court underground station, which has so many connecting lines. Great value for money with super attentive staff. Really clean and welcoming. A great hotel!

A lovely building and wonderful staff. The room was clean and pretty. Only minus here is that the sound insulation wasn't the best (from outside) due to ageing (but beautiful) windows.

Don't order a taxi from reception, paid £33 to London Bridge, Taxi driver never took us to our direct destination and he told us at the end of the journey he only took cash he then drove around to find a cash point which made us late.

We had a beautiful large room (3) in the lower basement. Very clean, heated floor in the bathroom and a great powerful shower.
