The property was very clean, and the instructions for entry were clear. I found the bed a bit small, it’s a shame there aren’t options with larger beds.

Overall location was great, very clean, nice room. BUT the room was far too hot, no Aircon only one small fan. Definitely needs more ventilation. Communication was not great as didn't receive email with details for check in, so had to call the host directly for details.

The lack of aircon (hot summer heat) and relatively small poor quality bed reduced the comfort of the stay. The.communication and cleanliness were good, but I did have to ask for the access instructions and WiFi code, They did not seem to be automatically available.

I didn't receive any instructions regarding the check-in arrangement until I called the emergency number of the apartment. Other information regarding house rules (eg WIFI password) wasn't provided too. The room is quite stuffy and weak ventilation. On the positive side, the room is clean and equipped with all the basic facilities one need for a short stay.

Very hot on the top floor even with the fan on. No AC.When you book you have no idea which room you will be allocated - wouldn't have booked had i known it would have been the top most floor.

All we needed was a place to sleep before an early train. We checked in at 10:30 pm and left at 5:30 am the day after. The flat was BAKING when we arrived (easily 5C more than outside), the 'A/C' was non existent -ie you could turn it on, but there was no vent for it so no cold air entering the room. So we had to use the very small and noisy fan in front of the open window to keep cool, which did not cool us down whatsoever, and there were alarms sounding most of the night (London, after all). The bathroom smelled terrible and the shower doors would not close. On the positives, lovely coffee machine in the room, and I'm sure the bed would have been comfortable if it wasn't 30+ °C in the room all night. Easy check in, overall clean looking.

Very good location, a couple of minutes walk from bus stop, tube and train stations. Clean and fairly well stocked. My only gripe is that the apartment was extremely hot - really unbearably so. The temp outside was only about 15 degrees, so that didn’t account for it. In order to sleep, I had to have the window open and a fan on.

Good location, a picture of the entrance would be helpful as it was in between a fish & chip shop & a nail bar. You have to walk up 4 flights of stairs & it was very hot in flat 12 the attic. Opening the window was not an option because of the frying fat smell from the fish & chip shop below. If it wasn’t for the fan I would have left. It was very clean though.

Had a 2 night booking in the apartment, the conminaciĂłn to check in was very easy and emails came through quickly. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and easy access to West Hampstead station. Would definitely recommend, and will be booking again in the future. 10/10

The property was very nice and clean. Brand new and everything was in order. My only complaint would be that it was on the top floor and it was all stairs so if you had to have a lot of luggage, I definitely would not recommend apartment 13. For me who is traveling with A Backpack it was perfect
